True Detective Season 2 trailer: new cast, and a moody murder tale starring Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughn

The second season of True Detective stars Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch, and premieres on HBO June 21, 2015.

HBO's teaser trailer, above, hints at what's next in the television adaptation of Nic Pizzolatto's crime anthology series "True Detective." The eight-episode season will follow three cops and a career criminal who must navigate a web of conspiracy following a murder.
