A UK realtor, Claire Cossey of Just Knock Estate Agents, created a unique music video to promote a house in Leighton Buzzard. She adapted Limahl's "Never Ending Story" into "The never ending property" and gave a musical video tour of the five-bedroom home. In her rendition, Cossey modified the lyrics to emphasize the property's selling points. The marketing tactic has since gone viral.
She told Newsweek, "It isn't the first one I've done, I started doing it a couple of years ago when a property started to struggle and that one went viral in the local area." (b3ta)
