Would you like to drink 48oz of coffee? That's 6 cups, more than 1/3 of a gallon, and twice the size of an extra large at Dunkin', which is offering the coffee buckets at locations in Massachussets and New Hampshire. Options start at $8.89 for the test product, which one guesses contains about 500mg of caffeine.
Massachusetts is a natural testing ground for Dunkin' — the company has been experimenting in the commonwealth for years. Dunkin' has previously tested new products, such as blueberry cobbler coffee flavor and "ElectroBrew," in Massachusetts. The company also tested Popping Bubble Iced Tea, Sparkling Dunkin' Refreshers, Summer Shandies and Bubble Iced Coffee in 2020.

Yes, the buckets were real, and it even comes with a giant straw for easier sipping of your iced Dunkin'. But as of Wednesday, a spokesperson confirmed that the Dunkin' buckets of New England's dreams had already sold out after a limited time of being sold at a handful of stores.
Someone posted footage of the bucket to social media. Behold!
