Today's XKCD swallows its own tail with a great flowchart explaining how to read flowcharts.

Flow Charts

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

    The sad thing is that I remember using (and enjoying) Microsoft Bob when I was but a small child.

  • hisdevineshadow

    That was funny. But it did not prompt me to want to find my old template and some old (by now it would be very old)greenbar to use the back of try to create my own.

  • hisdevineshadow

    I meant.

    That was funny. But it did not prompt me to want to find my old template and some old (by now it would be very old) greenbar to use the back of to try and create my own.

    (I really got to quit writing these things when I really should go to bed)

    “Tail”. “TAIL!” Drat you, Cory!

    The hounds of grammar are at my heels;
    They gnaw my tendons into peels.
    Would that I could be kind and good;
    Bad grammar burns, but OED heals.
