Comic Book Cartography is a blog devoted to scans of the wonderful maps and diagrams of classic comics. The kind of thing I could stare at all day. Comic Book Cartography (Thanks, Jonathan!)
Previously:
  • Google map of world's best comic book stores
  • Annotated Walking Dead Google Map
  • Satirical WWI maps
  • XKCD's log-scale map of the observable universe
  • Funny map of online communities in the style of a D&D map
  • Insanely elaborate and wonderful custom maps
  • Clive Barker and Ray Zone 3D comics event at Meltdown in Los ...

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

One of my favorite parts of comic books growing up. I think they helped somewhat solidify the fantasy.

I put it on par if cameras ever followed the Brady kids walk from the backyard to the front yard of their house. Did those kids ever play in the front yard?!!

What? No compendium of comic maps would be complete without a sampling of the millions of “Family Circus” maps that Bill Keane has squeezed out over the years.
