YouTuber Nigels Life created a cool proof of concept for a quiz show using YouTube clips as multiple choice answers. He recorded a clip for every possible outcome.
The production values are not great, and while it appears to be a fair use parody of Who Wants to be a Millionaire, he'll probably get a nastygram if it gets any traction. That said, it's a very good gauge of whether you spend too much time watching YouTube, in the way Remote Control was a great way to tell if you watched too much MTV.
