New album from pioneering all-woman 1960s band, Ace of Cups

Carla and I have been friends with Denise Kaufman for almost 30 years, but being the humble person she is, she never told us she had been the bass player for an incredible all-woman Haight Asbury rock band, Ace of Cups. (She's the singer in the video above). The band was active from 1967 to 1972 and they played with The Band and The Grateful Dead and opened for Jimi Hendrix. Jack Casady, Taj Mahal, Buffy Sainte-Marie, and Peter Coyote.
