Speaking to NBC New York, MyPillow peddler Rudy Giuliani couldn't help but flub when trying to deny he has a drinking problem.
After the disgraced former mayor of New York denied that he's "gone off the rails" (telling NBC it was the country that has changed, not him), and gloated that the FBI can't unlock his cell phone, he then blundered when trying to deny that his many bizarro moments of late were due to a drunken state [starts at 3:08].
"I don't think I've ever done an interview drunk. I mean, I drink normally. I like Scotch, I drink Scotch…. I'm not an alcoholic." And then: "I'm a functioning [oops!], I'm probably [awkward pause], probably functioning more effectively than 90 percent of the population."
