The greatest secondary character in the Star Wars universe is rumored to be making the jump to live action

Cad Bane remains my favorite non-Force wielder in Star Wars canon. Trained to be a bounty hunter by none other than Jango Fett, Cad Bane just doesn't give a shit about anything but getting paid and getting the hell out.

Until recently Cad Bane was pretty unstoppable, but in The Bad Batch, a young Fennec Shand was able to shut him down. Shand now works for Boba Fett, who was once tutored by Bane.

Cinema Blend:

If the rumors surrounding a live-action Cad Bane are true, then his Bad Batch episodes will no doubt prove to be vital for fans to watch. The Kaminoans hired Bane in an effort to kidnap Omega back from Clone Force 99, but Bane was ultimately unable to do so thanks to the efforts of Fennec Shand. As portrayed by Ming-Na Wen in both series, Shand is a bounty hunter character from The Mandalorian shown to be close to Boba Fett, so perhaps this connection was laid to in order to build up Bane's story before his alleged arrival in The Book of Boba Fett. This is all under the assumption that the rumor, which came from, is true, since there's no official word on about Bane's future in any format.
