A ~4ft parking lot bollard outside a Walmart may have claimed as many victims as the legendary 11ft 8in bridge in Durham, North Carolina. No matter what Walmart does—they've made the bollard taller, painted it different colors, sleeved it with hi-vis plastic, put a pole in it—it soon claims another victim.
