Abrobbins's series of "World's Funniest Dinner Trick" videos present three techniques for fabricating new comedy facial prosthesis from bananas, oranges and lemons. Assuming your dinner table has all three, it's well worth watching this fourth video, in which he puts it all together for awesome comic effect.

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

Ahh! Yes!  Things to do that make sure you are never invited back… Been there, done that.  After thirty years, the reputation still won’t fade.

Hahaha. I’m glad to see there’s still lots of innovation in the food/face sciences.

You know, in the beginning he kind of reminds me of the G Man from Half-life…

Our favorite dinner trick was: open up your paper napkin (we’re classy like that) and place the center on the tip of your tongue, then get the whole napkin into your mouth without touching it with your hands.  First one with their whole napkin in the mouth wins. So attractive.

… and that’s when the lampshades started getting abused.

I accept the challenge, and will reveal a simple, funny table-joke with an orange/clementine/tangerine anyone can learn and do… as soon as my kid comes home and helps me film and post it, that is.  Check back later!
