LISTEN: Man records crickets, discovers angels and humans singing to God

Composer Jim Wilson has recorded the sound of crickets and then slowed down the recording, revealing something so amazing. The crickets sound like they are singing the most angelic chorus in perfect harmony. Though it sounds like human voices, everything you hear in the recording is the crickets themselves.

Some listeners are not convinced.

I prefer this cricket song.

  1. I'm not saying it's real because I don't know, but the recording itself says it is two layers. One of regular speed and one supposedly slowed down. I don't see how you can know it's fake because one layer sounds edited in on the other.

  3. Naturally, I am as skeptical as most on this, but I will tell you this,....for many years I have had the same noise in my ears that I have turned to accepting it as tinnitus. The sound is like crickets at night. So does that means I am continually singing to god?

  4. Your nervous system should be emitting a high pitched squeal. It's all perfectly normal.
