A young woman who appeared in a "Girls Gone Wild" video at 20 years of age, without her consent, has lost a lawsuit which claimed the video damaged her reputation. The video showed her tank top being pulled down by another person in a Florida bar. "Through her actions, she gave implied consent," said the jury foreman. "She was really playing to the camera. She knew what she was doing." In tears, the woman said, "I was having fun until my top was pulled off. And now this thing is out there for the world to see forever." (via Submitterator)
