Oblique Strategies is a card deck, devised by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt in the early 1970s, each offering a "challenging constraint" to trigger musical expression and vanquish writers' block.
It has now been ported to the Nintendo Gameboy by Nicky Flowers, as God intended.
"I was tempted to add a cool chiptune soundtrack but I found it to be distracting," writes Flowers.
