When Amazon allegedly asked this fellow for proof that his package never arrived, he did his best to oblige their request. How does one prove that their package never arrived? Simply show the empty space on the porch, and in your hands, where the package should be, but is not. Someone please give this guy an award.
Amazon also encourages people to return items in person at its physical stores, ala Whole Foods.
