An eternity and a half ago, I wrote about Footy Scran, a growing database of the most appetizing (or not) food served at stadiums across the world. If you're going to be paying thirty bucks out of pocket for a thing of fries with mayo (oh, sorry, aioli) that will instantly go limp under the harsh summer sun, the least it can do is look good.
Let me take you down a line of cause and effect: The World Cup is in the news, which means soccer in general is in the news, which means scran is in the news, which means I get to share Scrandle with you all. There are many, many Wordle imitators out there, but Scrandle is unique in both its deliciousness and the fact that it doesn't play much like Wordle at all.
It pulls two stadium dishes from the aforementioned Footy Scran database, gives you each one's price and location, and asks you to choose which one looks more worth it. If your taste aligns with the majority, congratulations! You win bragging rights.

You get ten comparisons per day, or ten chances to definitively prove your superior culinary taste while also drooling over the most elaborate fried food you've ever seen. Protip: garnishes like scallions seem to give food a huge buff.
