The little critters are near "life-size" (16" tall) and have solar-charged glowing eyes, but they're also weirdly reminiscent of the racist lawn jockeys of old. The Disney acquisition of Star Wars seems to have signalled a parting of ways with George Lucas's flirtation with racist stereotypes, so this feels like a throwback to the Episode One days.
